Would U love 2 catch the next flight 2 some 4gotten island & leave no forwarding address? Maybe ur job is driving u crazy: having 2 deal with a difficult boss or co-worker, or having too much 2 do.
Perhaps u’r having troubles with relationships; they can make u want 2 run away. Maybe its ur spouse, or ur child, or some other family member. Maybe even a close friend or a romantic relationship. Or maybe u hav financial worries that make you want 2 run away.
Well, whatevA it is that’s giving you the runaway blues, just remember God is with you. Most of us give up just before the victory! And when we do, we waste all the hard work and effort that have been poured into our lives. I want to encourage you today to persevere. Will it be easy? No. But God will give you your reward if you hang in there. Say with King David that instead of running away you will “cast your cares on the Lord,” because “he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall” (Psalm 55:22)
